Born and raised on the southside of chicago. Been a personal trainer since 2010. My fitness journey all started after i left the football team at Western Illinois University. I had friends come to me every day telling me about how they dreamt that they were a certain size or they wish they could fit in a certain piece of clothing. So i would tell them, come work out with me and i will help you turn that fitness dream into a reality. That's when Fitdreams180 came to life.
